Monique’s Bath Showroom has big plans for 2020, and they begin with leveraging internal resources to expand their team and the business.
New millennial homeowners are entering the marketplace. In order to serve their needs it is important for Monique’s Bath Showroom to evolve and adapt to, as well as accommodate, new buyer preferences and patterns while continuing to provide exemplary customer service to our existing client base.
In an effort to get ahead of the curve, the management team at Monique’s Bath Showroom is in the process of training a new generation of sales and customer service professionals who will appeal to today’s millennial buyers.
Hassan Shah, one of the newest team members at Monique’s originally started in an administrative, receptionist role. He quickly showed the willingness and desire to get involved with sales. Hassan is now training as a sales associate. He has demonstrated great product knowledge and loves working with people, which will certainly help him become a successful sales associate.
Anthony Battista has worked in a number of different part-time roles at Monique’s over the years, including the warehouse. Now that he has graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Marketing, he is working full time as a receptionist and sales associate, and also handles all the social media for the business. After he is fully trained, he will transition into a full-time sales associate role.
Tom Parker has recently been promoted to Sales Manager. Tom is a long-time veteran of Monique’s Bath Showroom and president Michael Battista’s former construction company where Tom managed the Building & Remodeling Department, specializing in Kitchen & Bath Remodels. After the construction firm was sold, Tom followed Michael to Monique’s Bath Showroom—and the rest is history.
Tom will be taking Hassan and Anthony under his wing along with help of the rest of our experienced and dedicated staff. What a great opportunity for these two young men! He is knowledgeable and experienced in design, layout, and knows exactly what is needed for a complete and beautiful kitchen and bath remodel, and also how to work with subcontractors.
Needless to say, the team at Monique’s Bath Showroom is excited to see their team grow and expand. They are confident that aligning their newest sales associates with the team’s most experienced professionals will not only set up the new team members for success, but it will also help propel the business forward into 2020 and beyond.
