I had a tight schedule to work with, and my sales representative helped me pick out a few options in my style and budget, including the tub, shower heads/faucet, vanity, sinks + faucets, and toilet. Many times I have been able to answer questions that arose on the job site. I would highly recommend this company to other design professionals. My clients have always been pleased with the products and quality.
I ordered most of my totally renovated bathroom items from Monique’s and received invaluable service from the sales staff (especially Tom). As other reviewers have noted, the Monique’s price may not be rock bottom, but what you get for the extra $$ is worth it, in my opinion: (1) They help you sort through the maze of options; provide guidance if asked; and keep everything organized. (2) If there are issues (as there were with a couple of things in my order), they take over and make it right. One email or phone call is all I needed to do – they did the rest — and with a smile. (3) They coordinate with your contractor. I was spared the work of coordinating contractor with materials arrivals and delays. Re prices - Faucets and other hardware prices are exactly what you’ll get online. It appears that the manufacturers control those prices pretty tightly. - Vanities and cabinet prices were indeed higher – maybe 5-10% higher – but frankly, they earned it with the guidance and follow-up assistance provided. - Porcelain items (tub, toilet, etc) I ordered elsewhere because they are way, way more expensive at Monique’s. I told them that and hope they’re able to lower their prices to be more competitive, because I would rather have ordered from them.
I called Moniques recently to order a replacement head for the fancy shmancy KWC kitchen faucet head which I bought from them 8 years ago. The thing started to leak. I called and spoke to Vinnie Battista who informed me that it may be covered under warranty. Well, I almost fell out of my chair when Vinnie informed me that not only was it covered, but the manufacturer was sending the replacement to my house at no charge. Now that is old school superb service worthy of a shout out. Way to go Vinnie. Thank you for superior assistance.
Recommended by many plumbers to us because they are able to sort out the confusing mess of model and part numbers of valves, trims, faucets, drains in any remodel. And true enough, they are really quite good. Chris Sawicki helped me and he’s fabulous. I went in almost every 2 days for 2 weeks (before the MA tax holiday) to figure out what shower parts are needed for what brand, which was a difficult topic since there are some brands and collections that do not have entire matching sets from lav faucets to tub faucets to fancy shower trim. Chris helped me navigate through that web of confusion and we finally placed the order on MA tax holiday. A few weeks later, my general contractor picked up the entire order – Moniques check through all the list to make sure it’s complete and nothing is broken, and my plumber installed the stuff without complaint. The only con I can think of is that prices are not as competitive as what you can get from Amazon or from online. If you are new to remodeling, this could save you a lot of headache, but if you have plenty of time and a tight budget, you can consider otherwise. Hence 1 star deducted from an otherwise remarkably smooth experience. And BTW, they did update their website, so it’s not corny anymore. LOL!
Simply put Monique’s saved my life. I had a horrific experience with Pottery Barn and needed a vanity to complete my bathroom. Tom was excellent . They stopped what they were doing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I wish I had gone here first. Great service, excellent pedicure.

Staff was very helpful in helping us choose fittings for our bathroom. They were able to compare price/durability/features etc. We went on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait maybe 10 minutes, went back on a weeknight (open until 8 on Tuesdays) and had no wait at all.
I’m confused by the other reviews here. Maybe I’m a lucky person, but I haven’t received service of Monique’s quality in a VERY long time – few have ever matched it. We have a full bathroom next to our soon-to-be-baby’s room that we desperately needed to redo. We needed everything under the sun – fixtures, vanity, etc. The guys at Monique’s were very much available to us. We knew what we wanted and they hustled to get us everything we needed. THEN, our contractor went MIA and Monique’s was sitting with our pile of stuff. They were HYPER repsonsive via email/phone and let me know that there’d be no problem holding onto the stuff for us in a safe place in their warehouse and then they wished us well with the baby! Oh, yeah, and they beat everyone’s tail on price. So, uh, above and beyond service plus great prices = 5 stars.
During minor renovations, my mother decided to surprise me with a shower stall she ordered before I even had a contractor in my condo. Thanks, Ma. After getting a professional in there, it was pretty apparent that her gift horse would have to get returned to the farm. So off I went on the search for a shower base which would fit the dimensions of my tiny new bathroom. (I kid you not, you could shower, pee, and brush your teeth at the same time.) I gave Monique’s a call, and lo and behold they had a warehouse return of the not-exactly-but-close-enough-to-satisfy-me item I was looking for! A ZipCar, a deal, and a sweaty contractor later, I had the shower of my not-exactly-but-close-enough-to-satisfy-me dreams. Quick and slick, just the way I like it.
I had a very positive experience at Monique’s. We are redoing a kitchen and 3 baths and they helped us select fixtures for all of them, including ordering some special things for us to consider and not being bothered when we didn’t want them. They found us a unique vanity for one bath that will really make it special. They always respond to my emails and calls promptly. Haven’t been through order and delivery yet, but am very satisifed with their selection and service so far.
I too found this place after searching endlessly at Home Depot and Lowe’s for bathroom items. My first time here I will admit was confused as to how to get someone to help. Should I wait behind other waiting customers, raise my hand, shout, institute a new queuing system for them? Just wait by the counter area before it turns into a free for all and seek eye contact. They are pretty busy on Saturdays, weekdays/nights are better. The staff here are all knowledgeable of the products and can offer recommendations and assistance with products and even some design suggestions. I have worked with 3 of them, Chris, Jim and Vinnie and all are very helpful

Monique’s Bath Showroom was recommended to us by our plumber Leo Tuccinardi of Pipe Connections. We did a complete full bath renovation and purchased all the materials with the help of Pat Viglioro, who is professional, knowledgeable and patient. During our renovation we ran into a significant problem when it was discovered that the Kohler tub we purchased was not the color of white we expected, but an off white. Pat has been selling Kholer tubs for years and this was the first time he had seen this happen. The tub had been installed, and when the tile was placed next to it, the tub and tile did not match. This was the only main bath in our home and it was already behind schedule by two weeks, creating a stressful situation for our family. Pat had personnel come to our home immediately to verify that the tub was indeed what we had ordered. It turns out that the larger Kholer tubs are not a true white. Pat worked quickly with Kholer to find a solution that was suitable to us. We decided to keep the Kholer tub and changed the tile with the amazing help of Margaret Mennino from Roma Tile. In the end, we came away with a bathroom that we enjoy even more than the original plan. We thank Pat for his extraordinarily professional demeanor and customer service. We also thank our trusted plumber Leo, who continuously works with Monique’s, and together they make a great team that you can trust for any bathroom renovation.
I LOVE this place! When I started our bathroom renovations, I thought I’d save money by buying online. It sucked. The sink and lighting I’d chosen based on photos were wrong–returning them cost me a couple hundred. I waited two weeks for the online bathtub to arrive, only to discover it was cracked when it showed up. So I go to Monique’s. Where I discover prices that met or beat what I’d been paying online, plus I could get a replacement tub the next day, and delivery charges were $40 rather than $155. The delivery guys were fantastic–calling ahead to give me an exact time and then meeting it. They were fastidious in checking the condition of the tub’s finish before allowing me to sign off on it. Like other customers, I discovered no offer of immediate help in the store, but it worked for me, since I didn’t want to be bothered while I wandered around and fussed with various items, like the shower-heads they have mounted in a shower stall. When ready, I was promptly helped by Pat, the store’s manager. I got detailed info, recommendations when I asked, and explanations of the workings of different products. From then on much of our correspondence was via email. It was absolutely great! I wished I’d found them at the start of my renovations rather than mid-way through. It would have saved me a lot of money and a lot of grief.
