More About The Team At Monique’s Bath Showroom – Specifically Pat Viglirolo

We recently introduced our two newest sales associates; Hassan Shah and Anthony Battista, in an effort to let you all know that we are facing, head on, the changes that our future brings. As our customer’s buying habits change so will the industry. We want to be ready and have positioned ourselves to handle it seamlessly.  We also let you all know that Tom Parker has become our new Sales Manager. Tom stepped up as Pat Viglirolo is no longer physically in the Showroom everyday. Because it is important to have a Manager physically present, I passed these duties along to Tom who is very much up to the task. 

What we neglected to let you all know is that our long time Sales Associates, Pat Viglirolo, Chris Rothwell, Chris Sawicki, Kevin Heffernan and Peter Bacci along with Tom Parker are all very engaged and quite busy taking care of all of the needs of our existing and growing client base. Our Sales Team is second to none and sets us apart from other showrooms. Our warehouse and Office staff round out the Team to provide what we believe is the best Customer Service in the Industry!

Patrick, our long time Sales Manager, now lives half of the year in Puerto Rico. He has the ability to take care of his loyal customers via email and the internet. Pat travels back to the Boston area one week per month where he schedules face to face appointments at Monique’s. 

We are lucky to have such a loyal and faithful Staff as well as our wonderful Customers. Change is good and we congratulate Pat for making this change but also thank him for staying very much engaged from the sunny coast of Puerto Rico.
